Questionnaire and HOA Documents Package info
BASIC DOCUMENT PACKAGE includes; Declarations, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Rules and Regulations, Only Most Recent Month's Financials, Only Most Recent Board Minutes, Only Insurance Declarations, Ratified/Approved Budget, Financial Audit (if applicable), and Special Assessment Info (if applicable).
ADDITIONAL/MORE EXTENSIVE DOCUMENTS PACKAGE includes; (e.g., Additional/Prior-Year Meeting Minutes, Full Insurance Policies, Additional/Fiscal-Year-End Financials, Reserve Study, Inspection Reports, Addendum to Questionnaire, Follow-Up Questions Past 4-Week Response Expiration Date).
NOTE: If your questionnaire asks that we include inspection reports or any other attachments, be sure to elect an order option that includes an additional/more extensive docs package.
REQUEST EXPIRATION: Because significant changes may occur in a few weeks' time, be advised that your request, including any/all follow-up questions, officially will be closed four weeks after we receive your request and fee payment; if you need further info after four weeks, please submit a new request and payment at this site.
